The Ericsson DBC3210 is not headset compatible. A Plantronics M12 Amplifier is required for a Plantronics headset to work with the phone or a GN Netcom 8000 Amplifier for a GN Netcom Headset.
The Ericsson DBC3210 Phone is only compatible with the Ericsson DBC50 and the Ericsson DBC250 Telephone systems, and is not suitable for home use.
