The Polycom VVX311 is an and updated version of the Polycom VVX310. The VVX311 features improved processor, better memory performance and Gigabit Ethernet.

The Polycom VVX311 is ideal for call centres handling a reasonable amount of calls.Key features include 6 lines, LCD display, High Definition audio, a dedicated headset port and EHS support and Power is supplied though PoE, a optional PSU is available if needed (Sold Separately)

The Polycom VVX311 is compatible with unified Communication and Microsoft Skype for Business (SFB) software.

This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, as such, is sold without a PSU.
If you do not have PoE, you will need to purchase a separate Power Supply Unit.

This product is a SIP telephone which will work across most VoIP PBX telephony Platforms. These SIP telephones will require provisionning. Your VoIP telephony service provider will be able to assist you.
