Overall assessment:

The Sennheiser DW20 Pro 1, as you might expect from it’s experience in the music industry, offers superb audio, making it ideal for loud work places such as call centres. The setup is easy, with great guides to help you, and the operation is straight forward and easy to pick up.

There are a number of models within the range, but also different variants of each model. You can go from a desk top or PC version, to others that work off both, allowing you to use s soft phone (via USB) and desk phone at the same time by simply selecting the one you wish to use by the click of a button. IF you are looking for Microsoft Certified technology, you will be pleased to know these are also available.

Another cool feature is the ability to conference. You can add people to your current call and have a conference call by simply having them place their headset against the magnetic tab on the base of the headset. Couldn’t be simpler. You can have up to 5 headsets on any one call at one time. This feature is also great for training. Overall, I was very impressed with the headset. It certainly delivers technically, as well as looking great. My only worry is that it is more expensive than it’s competitors. That being said, it’s not a million miles off the mark, and you are getting a premium product for those extra pounds.
