Q. Will the 500 series work with a normal telephone lines?
A. No, you must already have a Siemens telephone system in place
Q. Can add on modules be added to the 500 series?
A. Yes. The Basic, standard and Advance can support AOMs
Q. Do the optiPoint 500 series support Computer Telephony Integration?
A. Yes, The Basic, Standard and Advance support CTI. The Entry and Economy do not Support CTI
Q. Are the optiPoint 500 series headset compatible?
A. The Advance is the only phone in the series to have an integrated headset port. For all other versions a Plantronics U10P connect lead and Plantronics M12 Amplifier will be required.
