The Avaya INDeX DT6 has all the functionality of the Avaya INDeX DT5 but with the additional benefit of a 'first party' CTI connection. The CLI permits the DT6 to integrate directly with a user's PC for database and pre-view dialling applications. 'Caller Line Identifiation' or CLI enables cost effective PC dialling from many Microsoft compatible applications, such as Phone Dialler, Exchange and Outlook, using Hayes AT commands.
