Q. How do I receive my invoice?

A. You're invoice is sent with your goods.

Q. I have not received any emails from you?

A. You're email address may have been entered incorrectly or blocked as spam. Please contact us and we will fax/post you your invoice.

Q. How can I pay?

A. You can pay by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer (Bacs/Chaps).

We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Electron

Q. Can I pay with American Express?

A. No we do not.

Q. Ik wil een product retourneren. Hoe doe ik dat?

A. Om een product te retourneren, moet u het retouraanvraagformulier invullen. Wanneer u dat heeft ingevuld, sturen wij u een retourformulier waarin alle details staan die u nodig heeft.

Q. I paid by credit card and I have seen I was debited by a company called Mediacomm?

A. Media and Communications is the holding company of Best4Systems. The amount debited will correspond to the amount stated on your invoice.

Q. Can I have a Pro Forma invoice to raise a company bank transfer (Bacs/Chaps)?

A. Yes. Simply write "Pro Forma" in the delivery note field above the payment method when you place your order and choose "Bank Transfer" as payment method. A Pro Forma Invoice will be sent to your email address.

Q. What warranty do you offer?

A. 12 month "return to base" warranty on all products (excluding consumables). In the case of new products the manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence.

Q. How do I place an order?

Online:

Select the product you wish to buy, then press "buy now" to add the products to the basket. You can go back to the shop and select anything else you require. When you have added all your products to the basket, simply press checkout. You will need to enter you address and contact details, then your payment details.

Over the phone:

You can call our sales staff on +44 1903 66 00 81 who will be happy to place the order over the phone with you. Please be aware that any order under €200 must be placed online

By fax:

You can fax our sales staff on +44 1903 212 410, and they will create the order for you, if you do not wish to put your payment details on the fax, please contact us with them over the phone.

Q. What is the cost of delivery?

A. The cost of delivery is €10 + VAT for all consignments weighing under 20Kg. Remote areas will be subject to an additional charge which will be made clear at the time of placing the order. For large orders weighing over 20Kg please or any delivery outside the EU, please contact us for a quote.
