A Standard Delivery charge of €10.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 20kg.
Any delivery weighing over 20Kg or being shipped to a destination outside the EU will need to be arranged prior to the order being shipped. The charge will be dependent on destination and the volumetric size of the package, so we will contact you to agree the final delivery charge before the order is shipped. Alternatively, feel free to contact us prior to placing the order to receive a delivery quote.
Remote areas are subject to an additional courier charge. This additional charge varies, but will be displayed before you place your order.
At Best4systems, we aim to deliver in 48 hours. Any product ordered before 4.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered 2 business days later before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).
Orders taken after 4.00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Wednesday.
Though every effort is made by Best4systems & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal. Remote areas will be subject to a longer delivery time, usually an extra business day, depending on your location.
Best4systems relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
Who is our courier?
Our courriers are either InterLink Express or DHL. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
Tracking your parcel?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting either InterLink Express or DHL and entering your tracking number in the Consignment Number field. Please follow the instructions on your email.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to give us a call on +44 1903 66 00 81 the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will enquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advisel you of our findings. Unfortunately, we are unable to check on the status of these parcels on the actual day of delivery, but have to wait until the next day.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give our courrier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by our courrier or used by any other third party.
If your products have been damaged?
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on +44 1903 66 00 81 or email: email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
